Yoon Sangbok (윤상복)

Certified Tax Accountant & Software Engineer

A tax accountant and engineer, he leads TAIP Tax Accounting, an AI-native tax firm built on the judgment of a tax expert paired with software engineering discipline.

Beyond simply adopting AI tools, he identifies the specific inefficiencies and limits tax practices actually face, then designs, builds, and operates custom AI software to overcome them.

As a Professor at the Korea Tax Accountants Association Tax Training Institute and Youth Committee Chairman, he leads hands-on AI training — prompt engineering, real-world case studies, practical applications, and vibe coding — for tax practices, while advising the National Tax Service's AI transformation task force to help the tax industry's AI transformation (AX) take root the right way, in both practice and policy.

This work has been recognized with a Commendation from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Economy, a Commendation from the Commissioner of the National Tax Service (AI Transformation Division), and the Korea Tax Accountants Association's Meritorious Service Award.
